New Mortal Kombat X Patch Features Classic Reptile Costume

New Reptile Mortal Kombat X

Reptile has one of the most controversial designs in Mortal Kombat X. Some gamers like his extra scaly reptilian look, while many others wish he looked more like the classic green ninja in the original Mortal Kombat games. Fortunately, the hardcore fighting game has received a new patch that grants you the classic Reptile skin.

Developed for the console versions of Mortal Kombat X, the patch fixes a number of balance issues and bugs and lets you play as Classic Reptile (albeit only in appearance), and he looks awesome.

The original Reptile look dates all the way back to the first Mortal Kombat game, when he was an unlockable boss fight. In case you don’t remember how he looked, see him in action below.

I wish he was always a weird bug-filled human thing like in the movie instead of a turtle/lizard.

    Green muscle ninja ftw

You know what MKX really needs more than costumes?

**Pit/spike state fatality levels (ie. pit spikes, ceiling spikes, green acid pool, etc)**

That’s like a unique trademark staple to almost every MK game since the 1992 original man. I can’t even believe they left those out in their newest possibly best series entry to date. Quite disappointing to say the least.
